Privacy & Data Policy

Effective: September 18, 2026Applies to: uedevgames.com services

This policy describes how UEDEVGAMES handles information for the current platform, including accounts, hosted workspaces, marketplace activity, AI features, interviews, billing, and BYOD infrastructure. It is not the former applicant notice from a separate recruiting service.

1. Who We Are

UEDEVGAMES operates a self-hosted development and compute platform at uedevgames.com. The platform includes account services, isolated workspaces, BYOD GPU hosting, a marketplace, collaboration features, and domain-constrained AI assistance.

For privacy questions, contact privacy@uedevgames.com. For general support, contact support@uedevgames.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account and profile information

When you register or update your profile, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, address, password credentials, two-factor authentication settings, connected-account information, profile photo, and account preferences.

Hosting and workspace information

When you use Host, we process workspace names, deployment configuration, selected images, runtime type, resource allocations, tenant identifiers, subdomains, SSH connection details, service ports, logs, metrics, storage metadata, GPU registration data, and operational events needed to provision and secure the service.

Marketplace and collaboration information

We process marketplace inquiries, stack selections, booking or service information, messages, files, images, threads, reactions, presence, read receipts, and other content you choose to submit through collaboration or marketplace features.

AI and interview information

When you use Genesys AI or AI Interviewer, we process prompts, responses, page context, uploaded resumes or documents, interview answers, screening results, reports, and, where enabled and clearly disclosed, audio, video, or proctoring data.

Billing and technical information

We process purchase, credit, billing, invoice, and payment-status information. Payment-card details should be handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by UEDEVGAMES. We also receive device, browser, IP address, session, security, error, and usage information required to operate and protect the platform.

3. How We Use Information

4. AI Processing

Genesys AI is designed to provide navigation and platform assistance. Prompts may be sent to the configured UEDEVGAMES inference service, including a local model hosted on UEDEVGAMES infrastructure. AI output can be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional, legal, employment, financial, or security advice.

Interview and screening features have separate purposes from the public navigation assistant. We will identify recording, evaluation, retention, and consent requirements in the applicable workflow before collecting audio, video, or other sensitive interview materials.

5. Hosting, Tenant, and BYOD Data

Workspace data belongs to the user or organization that supplies it. UEDEVGAMES may access or process workspace metadata, logs, and content when necessary to provide support, maintain security, investigate abuse, perform backups, or comply with legal obligations. Users are responsible for the data and software they run inside their workspaces.

BYOD registration data and device telemetry are used to authenticate the device, display availability, route workloads, measure health, and protect the platform. Do not register equipment or submit data that you do not have authority to operate.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, database, email, communications, security, monitoring, payment, storage, and identity providers. Providers receive information needed for their assigned function and are expected to protect it.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect users and infrastructure; to investigate fraud or abuse; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of relevant assets.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted workspace content or interview material to train a general-purpose model without a separate, clear disclosure and consent where required.

7. Cookies and Sessions

UEDEVGAMES uses essential cookies and similar mechanisms for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences, and theme settings. The platform may also record operational requests and security events. Disabling essential cookies can prevent account and hosting features from working.

8. Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal or financial obligations, and enforce agreements. Workspace content may be deleted when a workspace or account is removed, subject to backups, billing records, abuse investigations, and other lawful retention requirements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting privacy@uedevgames.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved, including authenticated sessions, access controls, encrypted transport, monitoring, isolated runtime options, and secret-management practices. No internet service or storage system is completely secure.

10. Children

The platform is intended for adults and business or development use. Do not use the services if you are under 18, or if applicable law requires a higher minimum age, without legally valid authorization.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
